Paving asphalt directly on the Steel Bridge deck is a new construction technology for the "Changzhou Municipal People" . In order to finish the construction of EPOXY TARMAC, the road surface branch has formulated a detailed special construction program. Last year, the branch organized relevant personnel to go to the construction site of the Sutong Bridge to observe and learn the construction method of the Tarmac. This year, the branch hired a professor from Southeast University to give a lecture to everyone, this paper introduces the knowledge of the whole process from production to spreading of epoxy asphalt. Before the construction, the person in charge of Shandong Road and bridge construction is invited to the construction site for guidance. In order to achieve the target of the Special Construction Program Technical Requirements, branch departments have done a full preparation. The lab has done various tests such as mix ratio and raw materials for epoxy asphalt, laying a solid foundation for the construction from the technical parameters; the materials department is meticulous, a series of work has been done on the types, specifications and storage measures of raw materials, and the quality of raw materials has been strictly controlled. New Equipment has also been installed in the asphalt mixing plant, the Mixing Squad has formulated a detailed mixing and placing system for epoxy and curing agents to ensure the production of qualified epoxy asphalt mixtures; the Transport Fleet has purchased new thermal insulation quilts for vehicles and placed oilcloth at the bottom of the vehicles to prevent leakage of oil and water, the vehicles will be completely cleaned up the day before the construction. The requirements of the construction site are also very strict. It is necessary to ensure that the construction site is clean and pollution-free, and to cover the approach slope of the Steel Bridge with colored strips and burlap pieces, so as to ensure that the transport vehicles will not pollute the working surface, when construction personnel enter the construction site, they must wear shoe covers, and there must be absolutely no water during the spreading process. To this end, the mechanical repair class has removed all the water tanks on the rollers, and has installed operating platforms before and after the rollers, on the platform, workers can coat the roller tires with a brush of insulating agent whenever necessary without standing on the freshly laid section surface. On the day of production, thanks to adequate preparation, everything from mixing and transportation of the epoxy asphalt mixture to on-site spreading is being carried out in an orderly manner (see photo) . As we all know, temperature is a very important index in the construction of asphalt mixture. There are special people in the back and front fields to measure the temperature of mixture strictly to ensure that the temperature reaches the standard In the spreading site, there are also special people to spread, the first pressure, pressure and the final pressure temperature to measure the whole process, and strive to improve every detail, although it is the first time to do epoxy asphalt, but to do a good job, a done in place. With the joint efforts of all parties, the construction of the lower epoxy Tarmac of Xinggang Bridge was successfully completed, opening up a new field for the construction of the Tarmac.
