The fourth phase project of Jiangbian sewage treatment plant mainly involves the construction of hydraulic structures, whose construction quality greatly affects our goal of striving for excellence. Therefore, according to the construction characteristics of hydraulic structures, we have made reasonable construction arrangements from the aspects of reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring and maintenance.

In terms of reinforcement construction, for the reinforcement with a diameter of 20 mm and above in this project, we adopt straight thread sleeve mechanical connection. The steel bar connection method has the advantages of stable technology, convenient operation, material saving, good joint reliability, fast construction speed and all-weather construction. In order to ensure the reliability of the mechanical sleeve connection, we cut and polish both ends of the steel bar and expose 1 to 2 wires when fixing. Compared with common cold lap and welding, the construction quality and efficiency of this connection method are better.

In terms of formwork construction, for the design of diversion wall in the pool of sewage treatment plant, we specially prefabricated a complete set of steel formwork. The set shaped steel formwork is used for the arc section pool body of the biological reaction pool, which can ensure the linear beauty of the arc section pool body. The advantages are: the formwork has small adsorption capacity and easy demoulding; the turnover times are many, and the turnover times of the project are up to 18; the thermal insulation performance is good, which is conducive to the thermal insulation of concrete in winter; the reinforcement system has high component strength, large combined stiffness, and high plate manufacturing precision; the joints are tight, which is not easy to change Shape, good integrity of formwork, high safety. In order to ensure the quality of the finished surface, we use the water-based release agent, which has the characteristics of fast molding, easy demoulding, smooth concrete surface, no residue, and does not pollute the reinforcement.

In terms of concrete construction, for structures with special requirements, complex technology and great construction difficulties (such as foundation, main body, mass concrete and post pouring belt), we strictly strengthen personnel organization, pouring process and maintenance measures management; we take technical treatment measures for the reserved parts of concrete construction joints, post pouring belt, temperature control and moisture preservation and heat preservation measures for mass concrete, Emergency measures such as construction machinery and material storage, water supply and power failure. After the concrete is poured, we use the water pipes along the line to maintain at fixed time and point, extend the maintenance time, and ensure the quality of concrete maintenance.

Construction quality management is an arduous and complex work, which is accompanied by the whole project construction. In the process of construction, subtle management changes will affect the quality of the project, so there should be no omission in any link of the project construction.
