Do a Good Job in Safety Management Promoting Security Development

 Traffic evacuation and restoration, pipeline modification and restoration projects of rail transit stations have the characteristics of tight time limit and high quality and safety requirements. In order to make the construction go smoothly, in the process of project promotion, the branch attaches great importance to formulating practical and effective work programs and measures according to the actual situation of the project, carrying out responsibilities in place, acting strictly in accordance with the law, and at the same time developing work ideas to do a good job in safety management.

In order to minimize the impact of construction on urban traffic, the construction of crossing pipes should be arranged in the period of low traffic pressure at night. Due to the low night visibility, road enclosure compression by yard stations, narrow traffic corridors and other reasons, it is particularly important to do a good job in safety management. Therefore, we carry out our work from the following aspects:
1. Prepare in advance to work out the traffic guide plan during construction; decompose the construction process, and work out the special construction plan with the goal of construction safety and smooth traffic.
2. Safety rehearsal should be carried out before the construction of safety submission teams and machines, and responsibility for safety management on site should be clarified. Workers have to make a safe confession before work. Road traffic should be "stop, see and pass three times". It is forbidden to rush with vehicles, to cross the road and to laugh and play. Construction vehicles parked on the main road and auxiliary road must turn on the explosive flash installed on the top of the vehicle.
3. Road construction and slow-down signs are arranged at the position of 200 meters in front of the car. The construction area is closed by movable guardrail. Buffer zones are set at the range of 110 meters in front of the car and termination zones are set at the range of 35 meters in the direction of the lane. Flash lamp should be set at the top of the movable guardrail and light guide plate should be set in front of the car. Traffic in the buffer zone is directed by a dedicated person, equipped with a walkie-talkie to maintain smooth communication with the on-site security officer. Ensure adequate lighting at the construction site, and the constructors must work within the designated construction scope after traffic modification, not beyond the scope of construction enclosure. The work of road breaking and traffic guidance shall be carried out under the guidance of the on-site commanders. No vehicle or construction personnel shall enter the road ahead of time before the work of traffic guidance is completed. At the beginning of road-breaking construction and traffic guidance, tapered barrel yard placement should adopt gradual change method, that is, the right slow lane of the vehicle direction is the starting point of yard placement, and gradually change the line into the fast lane, ultimately to achieve the purpose of breaking or guiding. Gradual distance should be in accordance with the requirements of the national standard. At the end of the guide, all kinds of traffic facilities used should be retrieved to ensure safety. When road foundation pits and pipelines are excavated at night and traffic needs to be restored during the daytime, steel plates should be laid flat on the road sections where traffic is released. There should be no steel bars on the steel plates so as to prevent the wheel from being pierced. I-shaped steel or square wood should be used to support the wider foundation pits and trenches before laying steel plates.
Safety management should be based on the principle of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management". Safety responsibility should be decomposed into people and safety measures should be implemented. To sum up, safety work is the premise of all work. Safety management should be insisted on and safe and civilized construction should be carried out.
