1. Spare parts falling off: caused by high altitude load (e.g. hoist, hoist bucket, etc.). Preventive measures: Safety helmet must be worn when entering equipment area, and equipment safety and reliability must be checked regularly (e.g. hoist wire rope, equipment limit switch, etc.).
2. Fall: Fall from a platform, escalator or ladder. Preventive measures: always pay attention to grasp the ladder when climbing the ladder, wear a seat belt at high altitude, regularly clean up the oil stains in the corridor, and prohibit the accumulation of debris in the main corridor.
3. Cut-off and extrusion: caused by rotating parts (e.g. belt conveyor, connector, drying drum, etc.) or moving machines (bucket, reciprocating feed hopper, etc.). Preventive measures: always work according to the normative procedures of equipment. Maintenance and inspection work can only be carried out after the machine is completely stopped and the safety device is pressed and the operating room is notified.
4. Scald: due to hot surface (metal plate or pipe fittings), open fire (burner), thermal fluid circulation (heat conducting oil, asphalt, etc.). Preventive measures: Enter the equipment area must wear necessary protective equipment, away from dangerous sources.
5. Electric shock: due to high-voltage electrical appliances, wire wear. Preventive measures: Distribution lines should be safe and reliable, equipment protection grounding and secondary leakage protection, welding machines and other equipment should also be equipped with secondary no-load step-down protector.
6. Fire: due to thermal conductive oil tank, asphalt tank, wood fiber, machine flue, etc. Preventive measures: Put warning signs on alert places, equip fire extinguishers and fire water pipes, prohibit smoking in dangerous areas, and have to be on the spot when maintaining fire operations, regularly clean up smoke pipes and other easy-to-ignite places. |
