In the morning, the company's leaders, directors of various centers, directors of Party and mass organizations and managers of branch offices, etc., should focus on the situation that the municipal construction market will gradually shrink in the future, how should the company deal with it; what aspects of the company's development plan need to be improved; what deficiencies exist in the company, departments and individuals and what potentials can be tapped; and how to expand the company's work ideas to the outside world. Active statements were made, which put forward the direction of improvement for the company's work in 2019, and provided suggestions for the smooth implementation of the company's medium and long-term development plan.

In the afternoon, the participants held group discussions. At the meeting, the main contents of the economic responsibility system in the year of 2019, the suggestions on the modification of 360+1 degree assessment method, the model and implementation method of the pilot project of the simulated joint-stock system, and the conditions for the transfer of shares of the company and the assignee in the next 3-6 years were discussed. The warm atmosphere of the venue is in sharp contrast to the cold rain and snow outside.
