The Founding Conference of Private Enterprises Branch of China Municipal Engineering Association and the Forum on High Quality Development of Municipal Infrastructure Industry and Private Enterprises were solemnly convened
From November 26 to 28, the founding meeting of the private enterprise branch of China Municipal Engineering Association and the forum for the high-quality development of municipal infrastructure industry and private enterprises were solemnly held in Hangzhou, a beautiful lakeside of Xizi Lake.
Focusing on the related work of the establishment of the private enterprise branch of the China Municipal Engineering Association, the meeting introduced the purpose, significance, specific functions and service orientation of the establishment of the private enterprise branch, and voted to adopt the organizational structure, management regulations and work plan of the private enterprise branch.
At the meeting, Cheng Zhong, Vice President of China Municipal Engineering Association, read out the "Approval on the Establishment of Private Enterprise Branch of China Municipal Engineering Association" initiated by four enterprises such as Shenyang Political Group Co., Ltd. and the "Approval on the Selection of the First Organizational Organizations of Private Enterprise Branch of China Municipal Engineering Association". Delegates raised their hands to vote and unanimously approved the first organizational structure candidates. Zhao Xisheng, the chairman of our company, was elected the first deputy secretary-general.
After the founding of the conference, a forum on the high-quality development of municipal infrastructure industry and private enterprises was held. Zhao Xisheng, chairman of the company, gave a keynote speech on "How to survive and develop small and medium-sized private municipal construction enterprises" (as shown in the figure). The speech shared the management idea and successful experience with the private enterprises participating in the conference from three aspects: enhancing the unique market competitiveness of the company in the local market in terms of differentiation competition; enhancing the vitality and cohesion of the enterprise in terms of system, mechanism and ownership structure design; and embodying labor value, knowledge value and management value in terms of salary system and evaluation system.
This Congress is not only a Congress to gather consensus and seek common development, but also a Congress to carry on the past and move forward. The establishment of the private enterprise branch of China Municipal Engineering Association coincides with the state's new orientation of private enterprises and creates a relaxed policy and environment for the development of private enterprises. Through the association's aggregation advantages, we can support, cooperate, rely on and help each other. At the same time, our enterprises can build their own core competitiveness, constantly strive for self-improvement, and find out the development path and purpose of their own enterprises. We private enterprises will surely have a broader and more prosperous development space by positioning and striving to improve their ability and strength to withstand risks. |
