With the increasing demand for environmental protection and the increasing scarcity of stone resources, stone has been in a state of shortage of supply and demand, which also leads to the increasing fluctuation of raw material specifications for mixing asphalt mixtures. Among them, the specification fluctuation of limestone melon seed sheet is relatively greater, which leads to unstable silo closure and often spills. The result is: first, the output is not good; secondly, the overflow of high-temperature heated stones causes a huge waste of energy; and most importantly, the gradation is difficult to guarantee. According to the current stone properties, the previous 16 mm screen was replaced to 19 mm. Since the adjustment of screen, spills have not occurred. This not only reduces the cost and saves energy, but also improves the quality of products.

The branch company actively participates in the training activities of post skills and improves the technical level of mechanical operators. For example, on September 5, he participated in the company roller driver professional skills competition in Xuejia base. The subsidiary company further strengthens the investment of technical funds for environmental protection equipment, the boiler room is fully closed, the waste screening system is equipped with a new water spray and atomization dust removal device, the spray installation of stacking yard and surrounding walls, the spray facilities for automobiles at entrances and exits of gates, the dust removal by spray guns, the construction of greening around the material yard and surrounding walls effectively reduces the smoke emission, and makes the environment of the factory area significantly improved.
